Third Party Service Providers:

These third parties provide a variety of services to NationsBenefits, including, without limitation, processing and verifying credit card information, tracking Internet marketing campaigns, and processing credit card transactions. In addition, these services may include enhancing the information NationsBenefits collects about customers of its partner locations. We may also use third-party email providers to assist with sending marketing emails for us or on behalf of franchisees. Any personally identifiable information that NationsBenefits shares with its service providers may only be used to provide services to NationsBenefits and/or its partners and the service providers will not be given permission to use such information for other purposes.
Business Transitions:
In the event NationsBenefits goes through a business transition, such as a merger, an acquisition by another company, or a sale of all or a portion of its assets, users' personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. Users will be notified via prominent notice on our website for 30 days after a change of ownership or control of their personal information, if personal information will be used contrary to this policy. Third Party Analytics:
We use automated devices and applications, such as Google Analytics, to evaluate traffic to our Site. Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google that utilizes cookies to monitor and provide us with aggregate data about Site traffic. NationsBenefits is committed to your privacy rights and your privacy considerations. You have a right not to provide NationsBenefits with your personal information, by not submitting your personal information to NationsBenefits. We may use submitted personal information to contact you with newsletters, marketing, or promotional materials. At any time you may withdraw your consent that you previously gave us and must communicate this to NationsBenefits in writing by emailing unsubscribe@NationsBenefits.com. Upon receipt of this communication, NationsBenefits will no longer contact you by phone or email. However, NationsBenefits may still contact you for administrative and/or transactional purposes.
